Apprentice and Teacher: Deep Transformation through lived knowledge.

Unlock your true potential and move forward with certainty toward absolute success.
READY FOR A REAL CHANGE?
In the end, luxury is not betraying yourself.
I am Katty.
A guide in processes of deep transformation, conscious leadership, and human evolution. I work in the gap that almost no one wants to look at: the one that exists between theory and real readiness for successful self-leadership. I do not teach improvement. I accompany remembrance.
VISION
My vision is clear: to restore the connection between what we know and what we are able to embody, because understanding is not enough and repeating narratives does not transform lives. True transformation occurs when knowledge passes through the body and becomes inner direction.
ORIGIN
I was born in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. I remember my childhood as a happy one until I turned nine years old and my innocence disappeared. I experienced my first sexual abuse; it was perpetrated by two girls from my school—they were older than me.
At seventeen, I became a mother not by free choice, but through obligation and survival after a chain of new sexual abuses. That moment marked the true before and after of my life.
My new reality brought me to Barcelona without a safety net and without guarantees: precarious jobs, fear, constant pressure, instability, and decisions made to sustain life. That stage taught me something I never forgot: when there is no safety net, the body learns to land on its feet.
I reconnected with my feminine strength and learned to lead, sustaining a life while also sustaining my own. Those experiences took me down many-colored paths. Probably—perhaps like you—unless you have spent life observing it from the outside. I lived scenes that are not easy to name. I do not share this to shock; I share it because it shaped me.
That reality developed in me an uncommon personal skill and turned me—not by choice, but by necessity—into a disruptive communicator, determined to awaken, to reverberate, to protest, and to provoke consciousness.
FEMININE AND LEADERSHIP
That is where another deep learning began: I moved from leading through rage and revenge to leading from the body, intuition, and responsibility. Honoring the feminine without idealizing it, I continued forward, radically transforming my life—to live with greater depth, purpose, and intuition, leaving behind a life of disconnection.
SELF-KNOWLEDGE
My search did not arise from intellectual interest; it was born from vital urgency. I explored and trained in various humanistic therapies, psychoanalysis, existentialism, and other deep currents of human knowledge—not to accumulate information, but to understand what breaks us from within and what restores life to us.
ANCESTRAL ROOT
That path led me back to Peru, my country of origin. There, I reconnected with ancestral knowledge passed down by my ancestors. For years, I divided my life between Europe and South America, absorbing the wisdom of Indigenous medicines. As a descendant of shamans, I honor this lineage not through folklore, but through the responsibility of embodying what was received and sharing it with integrity.
SHADOW AND TRUTH
My knowledge of trauma is not theoretical; it is inscribed in the body, memory, and lived experience as a result of sexual abuse, physical and psychological mistreatment. I went through disorganized attachment, dissociation, guilt, addictions, anxiety, insomnia, and a rage that was difficult to contain. I developed complex post-traumatic stress disorder. I lived with episodes of depression from a very early age. I did not overcome this by fighting it. I transformed and integrated it with the help of professionals and various therapies, which I now use to assist and accompany others.
Everything converges today in Dux Therapy.
ART AS INTEGRATION
The world of art has always been my refuge and my most honest language. Through creation, I broke inherited molds and remembered something essential: authenticity is not learned; it is remembered.
Everything I expressed artistically was born from what was lived, endured, and integrated. That is why my voice found space on the radio, my gaze in audiovisual communication, my body in image, and my presence in performance. I have been a radio host, television communicator, commercial model, actress in short films, and voice actress—not as ends in themselves, but as natural manifestations of a deep process of reclaiming voice, identity, and the capacity to inhabit myself without fragmenting. I learned that healing is also a creative act, and that even pain can become raw material for a more conscious life.
CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP
Before fully dedicating myself to this work of accompaniment, I worked for years in environments of high professional demand. I led teams and managed high-performance talent, making strategic decisions.
There I understood something almost no one says:
true exhaustion does not come from work, but from internal disconnection.
I saw brilliant people empty themselves from within while meeting external goals. Leadership without consciousness takes its toll, and no success is worth it if it is not aligned with personal truth.
CONSCIOUSNESS AND EXPANSION
At thirty-three, I had my first contact with assisted psychedelic processes for the exploration of consciousness. The experience was deeply healing, and my perception of reality changed at its root. I understood something essential: there are truths that can be understood rationally and yet not felt. In these processes, understanding becomes embodied—you know it, you see it, you feel it in every cell, and that truth remains. It is not always comfortable and sometimes confronts you, but it is always valuable. My greatest learnings were born from my most uncomfortable moments.
